Pixelated Realms is a video game podcast I co-host with my brother Tyler and our friend Dustin. What started as an excuse to talk about games with people I actually like has grown into a consistent weekly show with a real audience and a community we're proud of.
What We Cover
Every episode is a mix of what we're playing, what's happening in the industry, and whatever we can't stop talking about that week. We don't take ourselves too seriously — the show is conversational by design, the kind of thing you put on during a commute or a long gaming session.
- Now Playing — we each share what we've been playing and what we think of it, no review scores required
- News & Headlines — the week's biggest stories, announcements, and discourse
- Deep Dives — occasional longer-form episodes dedicated to a single game, franchise, or topic
- Guest Interviews — conversations with developers, content creators, and other interesting voices from across the industry
My Role
I produce and co-host the show — that means handling the technical side (recording setup, editing, publishing, the website) as well as being on the mic every week. It's been a good forcing function for getting better at audio production, web presence, and just showing up consistently.
The Show
New episodes drop every Tuesday wherever you listen to podcasts and on YouTube. We've been running since June 2023 and have no plans to stop.
